Eligibility: the giveaway is open to current company customers (entities only, not individuals) each a "participant", that are duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its formation and is qualified to conduct business therein with a valid U.S. mailing address. Each participant ("referrer") that refers a new customer ("referee") to company (the "referral") that meets the criteria below will (i) receive one (I) entry into the giveaway for each referral, and (II) a one-time rebate of $500 (the "referral fee") for each referral paid within the month following the 3-month period following activation. For example, if the referee activated in February, the measuring period would be March/April/May, and the referral fee would be paid no later than June 30 (end of the month).
Referee Must:
- Spend at least $3,000 with worldwide express in the three (3) months following activation;
- Remain in good payment standing (not more than 15 days delinquent);
- Not have shipped with worldwide express in the previous 12-month period;
- Not be the parent, child or otherwise related account of the referrer as determined at the sole discretion of the company (i.e., car dealership with multiple locations); and
- Satisfy all requirements to be eligible for this program.
Referrer Must:
- Remain in good payment standing (not more than 15 days delinquent);
- Have active shipping volume within the past six (6) months; and
- Satisfy all requirements to be eligible for this program.
