Amy L. Milligan VP of Marketing & Business Analytics
Veteran senior account management executive Amy Milligan joined Worldwide Express in October 2012. She is responsible for leveraging data to lead business analysis initiatives, including translating organizational visions and strategies into specific and measurable marketing goals. She works collaboratively within the organization to provide in-depth representation of key metrics and requirements.
She previously spent three years at Covalent Media Lab as director of account management and operations. In that job, she was responsible for strategic planning and pricing while managing multi-functional teams of staff and third-party vendors on major projects that increased Covalent’s profitability. Prior to that, she spent several years working with Milliman, one of the world’s largest providers of actuarial and related products and services. She oversaw day-to-day operations of several areas in the company and led a mission-critical technology migration. Earlier, she worked with Pension Consultants Inc. as director of operations, among other duties.
In all, Milligan has more than 15 years of experience as a results-driven, consultative professional with a proven record of identifying areas for process improvement and efficiencies that result in reduced costs, higher-quality deliverables and improved client satisfaction. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology and criminology from Drury University and pursued her Master of Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
